It’s midwinter and the snow has settled deep into the pores of the aged brick and old bones of The Medicine House. Our home is in need of warmth, and so is my body. So, I borrowed from an older tea blend and added cinnamon to resurrect its medicine for midwinter. Not all of my remedy posts will be this short, but today, I rest.
